You should get this through natural progression by doing medium/long quests. Note that all 30 do not have to be found in the dungeon, they can be part of your quest reward. I only came out of my dungeon with 27 heirlooms and received 4 deeds as part of my quest reward.

There are four types of heirloom:
Bust ( 
- Stacksize 6
Deed (
)- Stacksize 6
Portrait (
) – Stacksize 3
Crest (
) – Stacksize 12
I noted the stack size here, as to get this trophy you’ll need to have 30 Heirlooms inside your inventory before returning to town (surrender)
OR have x amount of Heirlooms in your inventory, then when you complete the expedition successfully you’ll get Y amount of Heirlooms for completing the quest. If X + Y = 30 or more the trophy will also pop.
Note your inventory space is limited so if you're aiming for this, portraits are not the best to collect.
Stated above is the logic to get the trophy, but 30 isn't very many on medium or large expedition so don’t sweat it, it will very likely come to you before the end of the game. (I got mine on a medium expedition which I completed successfully without trying)
