If you're in a rush, these five achievements go nicely together:

^{The Valiant sacrifice... achievement in Darkest Dungeon worth 63 pointsLose all four heroes on a Darkest Dungeon quest}
^{The Like lambs to the slaughter... achievement in Darkest Dungeon worth 70 pointsStart a Darkest Dungeon quest with four heroes of resolve level 0}
^{The The stresses were unbearable... achievement in Darkest Dungeon worth 26 pointsLose your first hero to heart attack}
^{The No retreat, no quarter... achievement in Darkest Dungeon worth 30 pointsFirst party wipe}
^{The The first of many has fallen... achievement in Darkest Dungeon worth 21 pointsLose your first hero}

Recruit 4 level 0 heroes (this may take several weeks, depending on the state of your Stage Coach) and send them into the Darkest Dungeon. Once there, Like Lambs to the Slaughter will unlock.

The enemies in the Darkest Dungeon will put a TON of stress on your heroes, so keep them healed up until one hits 200 stress. Immediately upon reaching 200 stress, your hero will have a heart attack and die. The Stresses Were Unbearable and The First of Many will unlock at this point.

After this, simply let the rest of your heroes die and Valiant Sacrifice and No Retreat, No Quarter will both unlock.

So I did this and none of them unlocked. Do these need to be on a particular difficulty?

I did it on the default difficulty with the crimson court dlc enabled. I have an extra account i can use to test again to make sure i didn't miss a step.

So i used my daughter's account and won all 5. I played on Darkest difficulty with Crimson Court, Districts, and Flagellant DLCs enabled.

Can anyone else confirm whether my solution works for them?

Just did this, the first three unlocked but not the party wipe or party wipe on a darkest dungeon achievement. On darkest difficulty.

"Like lambs to the slaughter..." didn't unlock for me while going for it, "The stresses were unbearable..." and "Valiant sacrifice...", however I did get the latter two. I proceeded to send a new party with 0 resolve in and it didn't unlock, so I retreated and sent another new party with 0 resolve in and then "Like lambs to the slaughter..." unlocked.

Put 4 Heroes Into A Party, Make Sure They Are All Level 0, And Choose The Darkest Dungeon As Your Dungeon.
- Starting This Dungeon Nets You The Achievement, But Dont Leave Yet!
