Every time you go on a mission/expedition a week will pass, after 104 missions (passed, failed, retreated) the trophy will pop. It’s likely you’ll get to 104 weeks before you finish the game (collected all ancient trinkets & complete all caretaker goals), but if you go for the In such haste... 
Trophy (finish the game in 99 weeks) you’ll miss this.
Also, you’ll fail your game if you take longer than 91 weeks in NG+1 meaning this trophy is not possible to do in your NG+1
