The game can be played on Easy all the way up to the last objective( Secure Dr. Koell on top of the arena in Pompeii ). When you are close to him, press the start button and go to options to switch the difficult to "With Chest Hair".(hard difficulty). make sure to accept changes and not just press. B. Then watch the last cutscene. This achievement, and the achievement for beating it on hard will unlock in the loading screen. Congrats!
