In this video guide I will show you how to defeat the Grub Queen in The Maelstrom. So first you will need to clear out three nests to bring out the Grub Queen.
The first nest is located in the middle of the map. You will know you are in the right area when you see the small bugs and what looks like holes in the ground from the eggs.
The second location is located just south from the first location. Basically at the bottom of the map.
The final location is on the east side of the map. You will need to work up north of the map a bit to get into the area. Then follow the path down and into the nest. Once the nest is cleared the Grub Queen will appear. Kill her and get the achievement.

This particular trophy will take place in Chapter 12, "The Maelstrom." On the map below, follow the marked locations, clear the areas of bugs and grubs, and, on the last cleared area, the grub queen will spawn. Defeat her and this one is yours.
