How to unlock the Full of Hell achievement in Darksiders Genesis - Definitive Guide

It is comfirmed this stacks with Apocalyptic difficulty.

Complete game on any difficulty to unlock Apocalyptic, beat that & get both achievements.

*edit from evil terrorr: Wicked Killington counts as a level, so you need to find all the Trickster keys to unlock the final door to him. (he is always set to Apocalyptic difficulty).

U can check the symbol on each chapter to see which difficulty has been completed.

I played first 4 levels on normal before figured out how to change difficulty. Replayed them on hard and continued all the way until Dagon. I was underpowered so changed to casual, beat him, changed to hard and completed levels till the ending (16th level). Went back to dagon and beat him on hard and unlocked this achievement. I attempted Trickster afterwards and died so that “level” doesn't count imo. I was cleaning up levels in between but always on casual difficulty and I abandoned them after getting chapter specific achievements.

But where is level 17? I have done all 16 Chapters from the void on Apocalyptic but haven’t got this??? I also tried doing the ending again but the Quest tracker still says 16 levels done on Hard and Apocalyptic?
you also need to beat Wicked Killington. thats behind the trickster door in the void. the fight is automatic on apocalypse difficulty
