After completing 'The Cauldron' quest and restored fire to the Maker's Forge, chat to Alya. She'll give Death a pistol that originally belonged to 'Strife', one of the other Apocalyptic Horseman- 'Stife'. The gun is called 'Redemption' and is a decent addition to your arsenal. Once in your posession, the cheevo should trigger.
