How to unlock the By Your Command achievement in Darksiders II - Definitive Guide

This is awarded by the King of Bones during the main quest line. After you return from the arena and meet with the King of Bones for the first time, he will ask you to find 3 Death Lords for him. He then bestows this item on you to help in the task, and after the cutscene the achievement will pop.

This is story related trophy that will unlock naturally during your playthrough of the game. For additional information with potential spoilers, read the detailed description below.

Once you complete The Toll of Kings quest/trophy you will immediately be granted an audience with the Lord of Bones. He will ask you to revive his three Dead Lords in order to fulfill a request from Death. To do so you must use the Interdiction tool, which he gives you at the end of the cutscene and then the trophy unlocks.

Important Fact: This is the one and only tool that will be removed from your inventory throughout in the entire game. Despite this there are no sections that you cannot backtrack to without it, so do not be alarmed when it is missing.
