I have completed this part twice and no achievement , for completing City Of The Dead. I did however on my second play through get the Wailing host achievement this is even after an update which may may have been supposed to fix glitched achievements.

There are two Portals you go through before this goes. After leaving Crowfather you pass through a portal to the Forge Lands, then turn around and go through a 2nd Portal to Lostlight, that's when it pops

This should have some details about how to complete certain difficult puzzles and defeat certain enemies inside the City Of Dead. Or at least link to a wiki with that info.

I only checked this guide because I thought the achievement had glitched after I talked to the Crowfather in the City, so thumbs up from me, but I'd understand any downvotes.

This is story related trophy that will unlock naturally during your playthrough of the game. For additional information with potential spoilers, read the detailed description below.

After you defeat the Wailing Host for the Soul Crushing trophy you will talk to the Crowfather. He will tell you to go to the Tree of Life to seek out the Well of Souls keys. Once you get there you will have a cutscene with the Crowfather, then you can take the newest portal to Lostlight. Upon entering it the trophy will unlock.

After going through the entire city of the dead and killing the boss at the end, we go to the tree. There will be a new portal to a new world.

We go into the portal and get
