Story-related; unmissable.

You fight Wrath early on in the game and later on in Scar. Only the Scar battle will count towards this achievement.

On the way to the boss there will be a corridor where you need to press a button to push a stone, but while you are running towards the opening grate, a tornado from above picks up the stone and carries it away. I suffered for a long time in that corridor, it helped
