How to unlock the Holy Keeper achievement in Darksiders III - Definitive Guide

You will find ANGELIC and DEMONIC artifacts as you go along with the story. Some side exploration will be needed (not just for these but for other useful items as well). If you're short, you can always buy them from Vulgrim, but if you plan on beating the game, you don't need to focus on this and it will come naturally.

this as many other achievements can be obtained cumulatively in several playthroughs, as long as they are NG+ on the same save slot

There are numerous Angelic Artifacts around the levels you travel to. Some do require you having a certain Hollow skill before you can reach it. This will come naturally after clearing areas of enemies and breakable items. Also, after defeating a Sin, Vulgrim's shop will replenish with Angelic Artifacts, x3 for 2,000 souls a piece. Buying them from Vulgrim will also count as collecting them.

Vulgrim sells 15 units of artifacts of angels and demons, if you buy them they are protected as collected

I found only 50 pieces in the locations + 18 pieces from the soul merchant, they also count towards the achievement

I also just finished it in NG+, it looks like all the trophies for collecting are cumulative - this is good news)

Those from DLC also count toward the overall standings.
