Search 150 caskets.
These are any caskets, whether its life, weapon mods, keys, wrath stones.
If you have generally hit every casket, you should get this achievement around Iron Canopy area.
If you have missed a bunch of chest, dont worry too much, you can always go on a treasure hunt before hitting the final boss of the game

Is there any way in game to see how many chests you've opened (in the stats for example)?

Achievement: Treasure Hunter 20G- Search 150 caskets
This achievement will be a work-in-progress throughout your playthrough. Across your journey you'll come across MANY treasure chests (Health, Rage, Soul, Key, Health/Wrath Stones, ability attachments, ect) and they all contribute to this achievement. If you're thourough and open every chest you come across you should pop this achievement around Iron Canopy area.
P.S. If you're having trouble finding any chests or artifacts you'll come across the bonus attachment "Fury's Embrace". A Legendary bonus which can be found at The Black Thorne tower later in the game. It reveals all world maps and items which will make this achievement a cake walk.

F8L, Fool
Just open every chest you come across. Health and Wrath chests count towards this total as well, so don't ignore them. You should get this a little over half way through a playthrough.
