You can unlock this achievement within the Grave Dream. A dream sequence that can occur randomly after choosing perks. simple move to the end of the path and you will be greeted by a talking corpse along with a recently dug grave. You will then receive the option to lie in the grave. proceeding to will grant you the achievement and the dream sequence ends.
