How to unlock the Show Off achievement in Darwin Project - Definitive Guide
To get this you just have to deflect 10 arrows with your melee weapon. The bubble shield ability does not count towards this. I had a friend join the same game I was in and we boosted this by getting our timing down. Hope this helps.

Servers are pretty dead, chances of your partner being in the same match is very likely. When going for this achievement find eachother on the map, try and find a cabin that has a map inside which shows the location of everyone and go to an isolated edge part of the map. I can confirm that you can aim slightly to the left or right of your partner so you don’t hit them if they do not deflect. Arrows are very hard to deflect, swing your axe the moment you see your partners bow sparkle, that is the time you need to swing your axe to deflect the arrow, pretty much the exact same time they fire

@XF34Rx KiNGzz There's not much else to explain. Have someone fire an arrow at you, and you use RT to swing your axe to deflect it. You have to time it right, so it may take several attempts.

10 Arrow Deflections.
This achievement is all on timing. Swinging you're axe just as the arrow makes contact with you causing the arrow to bonce off. Treat it like baseball, rounders etc. Only difference is if you don't deflect the arrow it's going to hurt
The game is NOT dead by any means. EU, US servers in SOLO'S and DUO'S are still very lively, Meaning you can give this a shot against random players if you wish.
Most people that play this will likely use arrows to try take you down. Getting the deflection will be harder at a further distance. So closing the gap between you and another player will give you better odds. Things to look out for is the blue spark that comes off their bow as they are about to shoot. Once you see the spark you'll want to imminently swing your axe getting a deflection. Randoms won't show mercy so this may take a few matches to do. Patience and timing is key.
Boosting Method.
Boosting can be done with as little as two players.
Search in SOLO'S. Preferably on a sever in your region. So that their is no lag. Playing in Singapore servers are fine for getting into matches on your own. But at the cost of being super laggy making the timing of the shots a little more difficult to pull off. (Singapore, Australia and Brazil regions have been removed from the game, only EU and US servers remain as of Jan of 2021)
Once in a match, pick a zone to meet in. Once you've found each other. Have the person going for the achievement stand still and keep spamming while the other person stands 2-3 metres away and times the shots with the arrows. You'll want to shoot as they are in mid swing with the axe.
This is a clip I made for example while helping my nephew get his achievement. You can use my distance as a guide on how far apart you should be:
