How to unlock the Extinction Event achievement in Dash of Destruction - Definitive Guide

Set up a multiplayer game with two players (two controllers). Game settings should be:

Type: Chaos
Map: Any
Deliveries: 20
Eats: 1

If you don't start as the T-Rex, just wait for the AI to eat you and restart. Because of the settings, you only need to kill the truck once for the acheivement to unlock.

Or of course since your playing Chaos mode where you select which side you are on and you have 2 controllers to do this, select the T-Rex for the account you want the achievement on and the truck for the one you don't.... I don't know why you bothered talking about AI and restarting at all when you can do that.

This took me a while I was searching for about 10 minutes trying to work out how to get an online game, figured it out all by myself though aren't I clever.

sweet I've had this on my old account cHoMpk45 and re-downloaded it to play on my new account Dark Hylian ...but I too had an issue with this achievement due to no server available. but thanks to whom ever discovered the power of player two controller lol I just got it finally 12 of 12 best feeling ever

Wow, I always wondered how I would complete multiplayer achievements on old games. If only most of them you could just use a second controller.

Using the triggers, select the 'T-Rex' to start of as one. Because of the settings, you only need to kill the truck once for the achievement to unlock. Please note that this game does not have online multiplayer capability so this achievement can only be gained in a local multiplayer only.
