Assuming you are playing the single player, you should get this in the middle of the 6th level. Just keep running over the trucks as the T-rex.

Plug in your USB-Stick and have fun for 15 - 30 minutes and another completed game for 200 G.

This achievement is for eating 40 trucks. You should unlock this at about Level 4 or 5. If not, you can replay missions until you get this.
