Shrowd and Rezeakiri can be considered the "final bosses" of the main quest line. If you complete all of the other main quests (yellow exclamations} you will unlock the ability to take down these two behemoths. It will be shortly after you unlock Heroic patrols.
They are aligned to Light and Dark, so keep that in mind as you grind your way to the end.

Defeated both and it didn’t pop, kinda annoying

The, Pants, Party
This is another main story quest in Dauntless. Once again, continue completing requirements from any quests you find in Ramsgate to move the main story along. Eventually you will receive "Bright Shadows" which tasks you to hunt these two behemoths. After defeating both, the achievement will unlock. For Shrowd, wear Umbral armor and wield a Radiant weapon. For Rezakiri, do the opposite.
