The Tempestborne Stormclaw (Heroic) can be found on the Twilight Sanctuary hunting ground, or inside the Shock escalation. Carry any war pike and defeat the stormclaw and the achievement will unlock.

The Tempestborne Stormclaw enemy can be found on the Twilight Sanctuary hunting ground, or inside the Shock escalation. You will need to have a War Pike of any type equipped when the enemy is killed to unlock this achievement. You do not need to land the killing blow.
