Thrax can be found at the end of the Umbral Escalation 10-50. For an easier fight, being at least level 18 with each weapon is recommended. You need at least 40 Escalation to have him spawn which is easy enough.
Having full Umbral gear and a good Radiant weapon will help you survive. I'd also suggest leveling up in the escalation for damage negating and dealing perks.

Thrax is the final boss of the high-level Umbral escalation. You will need to complete this a total of three times, and ensure you change your weapon to hammer, sword, and chain blades (in any order) to satisfy all three requirements for this achievement.
