Place the Chattering Teeth into the Mummy (Dead Cousin Ted) during the Best Human contest.
WARNING! THIS IS MIISSABLE! Though it doesn't take very long to replay this game, maybe an hour if you're skipping all of the cutscenes.
The Chattering Teeth can be picked up by Bernard (kid with glasses in the present). From the Main Lobby where you start the game, open/go through the double doors underneath the WELCOME banner. Then, open the grate on the ground in front of the fireplace. Once open, head to the right of this room, past the Salesman, to the Vat'o'Teeth. Go past it and the Chattering Teeth will jump down to the ground. What I did was slowly work my way left, always going towards the front of the screen. Once I got to the clown balloon, I made my way to the back of the room until the Chattering Teeth got stuck in the opening of the grate.
Pick up the Chattering Teeth, open your inventory, click on the Chattering Teeth, then click on Laverne to have the teeth automatically placed into Laverne's inventory. Switch to Laverne.
As Laverne, with the Mummy and the other contestants on the 3rd floor, open your inventory, click on the Chattering Teeth, then click on the Mummy.
Laverne will say "Stop chattering, mummy!" as your achievement pops.

Odd. Make sure you're using the Chattering Teeth and not the yellow dentures you get from the horse. I also did this DURING the Best Human contest so I can't confirm if it unlocks outside of that.

This requires getting Dead Ted Edison into the human show in the future. Once you do have him registered up, instead of applying the DENTURES item, instead give him the CHATTERING TEETH.
The item known as [DENTURES] is obtained in the past by reading the textbook to the horse.
The item known as [CHATTERING TEETH] is obtained in the present by opening the ventilation grate in the party room, then chasing the teeth over into it.
The CHATTERING TEETH are required in the past for Hoagie to get the super battery, so don't give them to Washington before you use them with Laverne.
