Make sure you have the Swiss notebook when using the phone or it won't work. I had given to another character trying to get the 50 flushes achievement.

I couldn't get this achievement to pop because Bernard wouldn't pick up the damn phone. Turns out I had to go back upstairs to the second floor to the room where the large man is sleeping (Room "W"), turn on the tv and watch the diamond advertisement. Once I did this I was able to go back to the office and use the phone.

WHAT I HATE, I DID EVERYTHING AS I WAS TOLD SO THAT IN THE END THIS SHITTY CONQUEST DIDN'T COME. I GAVE THE NOTEBOOK TO SOMEONE ELSE AND GOT ​​IT BACK AND THE DAMN CONQUEST GOT A BUG.
