While playing as Bernard in the present, go up to the third floor and enter the room on the right. You will meet Weird Ed Edison (Stamp Collector) and just to the left of him you will see a Computer. Select use on it and it will load up the Original Maniac Mansion.

In the back hallway of the second floor (past the first three rooms) is a room with Nurse Edna and then Big Ed's room. The computer in this room, when you USE it, will have the classic Maniac Mansion game on it. All you have to do is use the computer to get this trophy, but there is another trophy involved with it.

Use it to start up the old Maniac Mansion game. You actually have to start the old game and get to the character selection screen. Using the computer alone doesn't unlock the achievement.

In Weird Ed's room is a computer with a DOS prompt. Using it will boot up Maniac Mansion (the IBM PC V2 version). Starting a new game of Maniac Mansion will unlock this trophy. See Chef
