How to unlock the Moronic Drone achievement in Day of the Tentacle Remastered - Definitive Guide

You have to grab the help wanted sign as Bernard in the present, the sign is in the front window of the main room in the present, in the window all the way to the left. Take the sign and flush it to Hoagie in the the past using the crono-john. Then Hoagie has to take the sign to Red Edison in the past in his workshop through the secret entrance in the clock and then the achievement pops

As Hoagie (in the past) go into house, open the clock, and go through it, down to the lab. Use help-wanted-sign with Red. Easy as pie!

there is a little bit more to it then that, you have to grab the help wanted sign as Bernard in the present and flush it to Hoagie in the the past using the crono-john. Then Hoagie has to take the sign to Red Edison in the past and then the achievement pops

*Story Progression*
Take the sign out of the window with Bernard and send it to Hoagie

This one is odd because it doesn't trigger if you "Give" the sign to Red Edison

Instead you have to select the "USE" verb so "USE" help wanted sign with Red Edison

Patch note says it has been fixed now so should work fine either way now

This achievement can't be missed, as the puzzle is necessary for game completion.

This trophy will unlock once Hoagie gives the help wanted sign (found in the present) to Red Edison.

It is possible to use the help wanted sign with Red's billboard to achieve the same results, but the trophy will NOT unlock using this method. You MUST give the sign to Red Edison himself to unlock the trophy.

There have been multiple reports claiming that using the "give" verb will not unlock this trophy. Use the "use" verb instead.
