another easy one to get, after creating the cheery tree, go back to the main room of the inn with Hoagie and go all the way into the room. George Washington should be at the far end by the window. Have Hoagie talk to him and challenge him to chop down the cheery tree you created, and follow him out and watch him chop it down and you got it.
*Edit* you need to goad George into it, i think the line is something like your gandmother couldnt chop it down, or something like that, pick that line and he will chop it down
