As Bernard (kid with glasses), you will eventually pick up the Fork located in the "Break" room.
From the Main Lobby where you start the game, open/go through the double doors underneath the WELCOME banner. Then, go through the Swinging door (no need to open, just click on it) located just to the left of the fireplace.
Once in the "Break" room, pick up the Fork on the table in front of you. Then, open your inventory, click on the Fork, then on the Microwave on the right of this room.
Bernard will say "I'd rather not" while your achievement pops.
While you're here, you can also get "And Then the Universe Explodes" by picking up the two coffee pots and attempting to mix them. See my guide on this achievement for more details.

There are two microwaves available to you, one in the present and one in the future. You can get this with Bernard immediately after getting the fork, or you can use it with Laverne in the future after she has fulfilled her use of it. Simply attempt to use the fork with the microwave to get scolded and unlock the trophy.

In the present, after you finished the introduction, go with Bernard from the first room with the clock through the double doors in the back. Then through the swinging door into the diner room.
Pick up the fork from the table and use it on the microwave on the right.

I personally did this in the future with Laverne, though I'm sure Bernard can do so as well. I put the fork in the future microwave. I haven't tried any other item combinations.
