Daymare: 1998

Obtained in the sewers in chapter 3. You will come across a large circular room with a winding staircase that goes very high up. Follow it up until you get into a corridor, on the right hand side of the corridor is a room full of barrels. In this room on the right is a barrel with a dead man inside. Interact with this barrel to get the achievement.

*Note, when I did this I never got an achievement notification. I checked the unlocked/locked tab and I had indeed unlocked the achievement.
