For this achievement you will need Rope, Duct Tape or Handcuffs and will have to bind the hands of another player or friend 10 times.

I suggest using Rope for this as Duct Tape will be damaged over time and break to a "Ruined" state after 7-8 uses and Handcuffs require a Handcuff Key to be used more than once. However two rolls of Duct Tape should work as well if you can't find rope.

What you'll want to do is take the Rope or Duct Tape to your hands, look at your friend and hold to tie them up. Once they're tied up your friend needs to hold to struggle out of the Rope / Duct Tape, then drop it to the floor so you can pick it up and repeat the process.

If you cut the rope / duct tape loose it will ruin it and you will need to find another.

After you've tied them up 10 times the achievement will pop.

This can be done with handcuffs, duct tape, rope. Etc.

Duct tape is pretty common and wont run out when used.

Grab a buddy and take turns taping each others hands.
