Story related and cannot be missed.

This is the fourth level that unlocks in the game. Time is a factor on this level so first focus on getting through the main objectives as fast as possible. Then, before talking to Pinky to exit the level, you can go back and clean up the remaining challenges and find the collectibles. A guide to the collectibles in this level can be found here.

This is also the first “boss” fight. As you make your way through the Senate building, you will enter a room with 5 turrets rotating around a wheel. There will be 2 blue paint containers on the bottom level and a piston launcher on the left and the right. Simply fill up on paint, launch into the air and attack the turret mid-air. After they are all down, a lone soldier will walk onto the middle platform. Just launch up to him and kill him to exit the building.
