Item of note: In the level Ministry of Ink, there is a point of no return where the bridge breaks and you fall. Find yourself at 15/17 billboards or you get to do the level again. The ones you may miss are after the first big section you are in a narrow path with 2 sections of spikes. You can't get rid of the ink on the walls, so try and avoid them.

What about the point of no return on the Lake Raydia level?

When you get on the ship. Then when you go inside the doors at the end for the final boss fight.

Earn the "Billboards" medal in each level by painting every billboard in each said level.
Don't worry about the billboards in the bonus missions, as those do not count as the bonus missions don't have individual medals for certain objectives like regular stages.
To note: this achievement appears to be bugged, if you do not get it and are able to verify that you have painted every billboard, by checking the awards section in extras, simply complete any level or the final level, I'm unsure which will fix it. A possible cause for this glitch is earning too many achievement at once.

How did you get the 2 billboards high up on the fun park level? I've seen multiple sites for the Wii where people get into the cannon and half way in the air press B to stop, but I think I've pressed through all my button, blob won't stop???
