Dead Age

This occurs on day 35. You'll be scouting out a place when you get rekt and wake up in the desert. To finish the quest you need to fight through the areas until you fight the boss. To get this ending and the achievement, die. You can probably just keep using regular attacks until you die, but I kept swapping equipment to use up my turn and died in the 2nd or 3rd area.
