This achievement is technically unmissable, and will unlock automatically at the beginning of Day 11. No quest completion is required to reach Day 10 (unlike some of the other Survivor achievements, like Master and Grandmaster).
If you REALLY want to speed rush this achievement, head out into a zone every morning, then immediately press
while in the Area Menu to immediately return to camp and kick off the next day. Because you need Food to survive, you can't do this method right from the beginning of the game -- you'll need to play legit for 5-6 days, earning enough Food to survive fast-forwarding a few days. Plus, you may have to restart your game as you're now in an unrecoverable state. For most people, just play the game naturally and this will unlock.
