This achievement is technically unmissable, and will unlock automatically at the beginning of Day 4. No quest completion is required to reach Day 4 (unlike some of the other Survivor achievements).
If you REALLY want to speed rush this achievement, head out into a zone every morning, then immediately press
while in the Area Menu to immediately return to camp and kick off the next day. Do this three times and within a minute or so, achievement unlocked (though you may have to restart your game due to starvation)!
