On Day 33, depending if Lydia, Larissa, and/or Jennifer are in your camp, and depending on how you treated them and/or completed their offered quests, you'll be given the option of romancing one of these women, or have the option of having no romance at all. Each choice has a corresponding achievement tied to it.
NOTE: Since Lydia appears in camp when RNG selects either Hank or Lydia to be one of your RNG camp followers, its best to romance Larissa or Jennifer first if available, as Lydia is available more often and "no romance" is always an option.
To get this achievement specifically, select "no romance" (it will always be an option) on Day 33, then reach one of the "Successful" ending on Day 42. The Unromanceable achievement will unlock at the end of the game along with the achievement for the Successful ending acquired.
