As with all the bleedin' grinds in this game, the best option is single player, free for all on either seascape or pier 70. Click right thumb stick to use the knife.
Personally, I prefer seascape as its a small, tight map, and given you are going for knife kills, often you will come upon enemies close up, so it gives the bots less time to shoot you as you run at them.
I would also recommend light class, so you can run faster/longer, and for kill streaks, use the radar, so you can locate the other bots on the map.
You should be able to rack up around 40-50 kills per map (remember its bots only, zombies don't count), so you only have to play 20-25 10 minute games......zzzzzzzz.......

I picked this up for $13 at a discount store. Looks like all the cheevs are just kill based. Haven't played yet. Was wondering if anything ws missable? Not many posts on this game.
