To get this achievement, you need to turn the zombies onto your side, by throwing the PAM grenade at them (RB). When it explodes, all close zombies glow green and charge the opposition.
You need to infect 100 zombies - so far I am finding this easier on King of the Hill, single player as you get a lot of zombies grouping together.
