I did this on the fourth level "Family home". Can be done elsewhere too.
When you start the level get Mike in the kitchen and switch to him.
The first cactus is beside the downstairs tv in the living room.
The second is beside the Wardrobe in the dining room with the pink Walls.
And the third is in the room downstairs across from there beside the pink piggy bank.
Finally head upstairs and grab the last one in the hallway up there.
Achievement unlocked, simple.

I can confirm this can be done across separate levels. As long as they are done in a row i guess… I played the stage "Modern Home" and only found 3. then decided to take your advice for "Family Home" I QUIT OUT (Exit game from the start menu) of Modern Home, then loaded up "Family Home", collected only the 1st cactus by the TV and it popped. Crazyness I thought to myself. Thanks for the guides!

Mike is the Pathfinder boy, just run trough the Level and look for cacti. there are around 6 in the 4th and last Level in the game. Dont search any other item in between or you need to repeat the level.
