Just did this and achievement didn't go... triple checked to make sure the only 3 perks I have active are the 3 Yui perks... made sure I'm actually playing Yui in case I'm somehow that stupid... All correct. No achievement.
Been slowly doing this game for fun but also kind of wouldn't mind maybe 1 day completing it, SOMEHOW Yui has been the hardest Adept for survivor I've experienced thus far and for this to not pop is a punch in the balls.

You need to run her 3 perks (Lucky Break, Any Means Necessary, Breakout) and escape the trial. You can run whatever tools and offerings you desire, but the perks must be only hers. I would also recommend that they are all level 3 if possible and that you attempt this at the lower ranks where you have a better chance.
