For this achievement you’ll need to buy the “silent hill chapter “ or purchase “the executioner “ for 500 auric cells from the in game store

I’ll explain the achievement first and for people who would like more information and tips can read below ... while playing a s pyramid head , your main ability “RITES OF JUDGEMENT “ can be activated by holding whatever your power button is (default ) and when you move behind you a trail will be left on the ground , survivors who walk or run over the trail will be afflicted with torment , Survivors affected by torment Can be sent to a cage of atonement when they are in the dying state , do this 30 times through as many games as you like and the achievement will unlock

For people who would like tips and more information....

Pyramid head can be a strong killer when used efficiently..

So let’s go over strategy... trails are good to be placed where you know survivors Will go , so Pallets or loops they might try to use , alternatively placing them at generators or near someone you have hooked can also cause them to step on your trails

You’ll know if someone has stepped on your trail by a loud heartbeat sound and and bright orange Visual cue that will be shown wherever they stood on one , also the survivors icon in the lower left Should have A barbed wire Ring around them , if you down someone with that ring you can send them to a cage.

ADD ONS :
He has some very useful add ons but not many that can help you out for this achievement but I’ll list the ones That potentially could

Mannequin foot - considerably increases the duration rites of judgement stays in the environment

Tablet of the oppressor - considerably increases the duration you can preform rites of judgement

These two a rare add ons (green ) but if you use both it should help in getting survivors tormented and allowing you to send them to a cage

If you don’t have these add ons there are yellow (uncommon) and brown ( common ) add ons that do the same thing but less effective

Overall you’ll most likely unlock the achievement From naturally playing him eventually but this guide should help you in speeding it up or at least gave you some knowledge On how to obtain it , hope this was of help :)
