How to unlock the Hemophobia achievement in Dead by Daylight - Definitive Guide

This is best unlocked beside this achievement:
Dead by DaylightShock TherapyThe Shock Therapy achievement in Dead by Daylight worth 20 pointsIn a public match, repair the generator on the second floor of the Disturbed Ward and escape.

This is map specific and you must be playing on the Asylum.

This is kind of an easy achievement. You can basically do nothing and escape to unlock this. Simply avoid getting hit by any of the killers attacks. Healing yourself after getting hit will not grant you the achievement.
I suggest getting this along side the other achievement as once that top generator is fixed, the killer has little reason to patrol up there so you can just camp while the rest of your "team" does the work.

Actually, just moving is not enough to keep a crow off. You need to also perform actions like sabotaging, repairing or healing.

If you equip the spine chill perk it tells you when the killer is getting close. You can stack this with Lightweight which makes your tracks disappear quickly when you run. If you are worried about crows, Jake has a perk called calm spirit which at its highest level will let you run by crows 100% of the time without alerting them. The other two perks are not exclusive to any characters.

I didnthis with Jake and have the Calm Spirit perk. Comes in very useful for this achievement. I did repair a generator, and worked on w others, but Demogorgon was being a pain on this map and almost got caught twice. Ultimately I had a couple of decent randoms help me out.

Keep moving! I noticed if you stay camped too long the crows gather and start to circle around above you. Their noise will definitely not help. And I couldn't easily shake them.
Although it seems to take a fairly experienced killer to use the crows to their advantage, why risk it? Go ahead and be selfish for this one. warning

Just leaving a few pointers:

Spine Chill is insanely good for this since it lets you see when the killer is looking in your direction. Use this to your advantage to know when it’s time to stop what you’re doing and hide. When I unlocked this I played as Jane with her perk Poised, which prevents you from leaving scratch marks when a generator is completed. It will still activate even if you are not the one to finish the generator. If you have a friend to play with to feed you additional information that will allow you to stay out of the killer’s sight.

The key to this achievement is to play like a ghost. You want to avoid the killer if at all possible, entering a chase only opens the opportunity of getting hurt unless you’re confident in your looping.

Camped at a totem through a whole match and used it to start a cleanse and cancel to keep crows off. Finished without taking any damage unfortunately it did not work with a hatch escape

So - this has to be done on the Disturbed Ward variant of the Crotus Penn Asylum map. This is the one with the huge domed building in the middle of the map, with the greenhouse in the grounds (not the one with the church).
I can also confirm you can escape via the hatch.

Crotus Prenn Asylum is one of over 20 maps in Dead By Daylight. It's a pretty wide open map featuring a small mental ward in the middle of the map with a generator on the second floor. You can increase your chances of playing on this map specifically by using the "Charred Wedding Photograph" offering.

In order to earn this trophy, you must escape the match as a survivor without letting the killer hit you even once. Strategies for completing this trophy will vary depending on who the killer is, but you will likely earn this trophy without directly going for it.

Tips:
  • Stay out of the main Asylum building unless you are running away from the killer.
  • Do not be the altruistic person in the group, let other survivors deal with hooked survivors.
  • If you hear a heartbeat, immediately try to leave the area.
The trophy will unlock in the post match screen.

To get the trophy, you need to escape from the "Crotus Prenn Asylum" map without shedding a drop of blood, that is, without the maniac even hitting you. If the card does not appear, there are offers for it in the bloody web: “Charred Wedding Photograph”, “P. Elliot Lunacy Ticket” and “Lunacy Ticket”, but they do not give you a full guarantee, since other players can use offers for others cards.

At the moment, of the three tributes listed above, the only one left in the game is the green “Charred Wedding Photograph”, which apparently gives a 99.9 percent chance for this card, unless, of course, there are other surviving tributes to the card.

Doesn't work in patch 6.2.1.
I escaped through the hatch when I never even found man.
It didn't work through the gate either.
After Patch 6.2.2 it was fixed.
I took my grandfather's perk for detecting a hatch when you are left with 1, and threw an offering on the hatch near the hut.
A friend took the offering on the card. The trophy dropped after escaping through the hatch.
