With the new killer Albert Wesker otherwise known as "The Mastermind" while in a chase with a survivor use his special attack "Bound Attack" on either a dropped pallet or a window. This activates his special ability Bound Vault. It doesn't matter which direction you bound vault as long as you are within distance of the survivour. Fairly easy to find a survivor that wants to just keep running loops with you on the same dropped pallet as this is one of the main mechanics of the game, just instead of breaking the pallet charge your ability and bound vault over it.

Wesker's perk Superior Anatomy, The Clown's perk Bamboozle, and Freddy Krueger's perk Fire Up all let you vault faster, so theoretically running them will help. Also, the survivor doesn't have to vault too, you can just randomly vault while the chase music is playing and you'll get credit.
