you'll get this naturally playing nurse but here's a tip when a survivor breaks link of sight when your blinking teleport to their last known location I've got several hits doing so. also use the Plaid Flannel add-on to see where to blink and heres the biggest tip dont just go all in with your second blink wait and react some survivors are gullible enough to come out after 1 blink

The Nurse is the most skill-dependent killer in the game and mastering her blink ability will take time. Much like measuring the distance of a grenade throw in a shooter, you need to have a mental idea of how long to hold in order to reach your target survivor with blink. If you do not end the blink in a hit, the Nurse will be stunned momentarily before you can blink again.

The trophy will unlock after your successfully perform 100 blink strikes.

The blink range of a particular trophy does not matter, so if you are not playing at red/purple ranks, you can press the flash button once and then hit when you are directly behind the victim. This will give you extra points towards your trophy progress. You can understand that the strike was counted towards the trophy by the inscription “Lethal blink” on the left side of the screen
