If you're struggling with this one try using an offering to increase the amount of blood points you get, cleaning totems is a way to get extra points even if they don't have a hex on them.
This trophy is very difficult, and will require you to have an MVP game in order to earn it. You must earn 5,000 points in Objective, Survival, Altruism, and Boldness categories to earn this trophy.
Objective is repairing the generators, working together to repair generators with more than one person, opening chests, or escaping through the hatch. To get 5,000 in this category easily, you'll have to repair 3 generators on your own, or with other survivors, and use the hatch to escape as the last survivor. If you're in a survive with friends group, just do 3 generators with one of your teammates.
Survival is the easiest category, because you get 5,000 points just for escaping.
Altruism is healing or saving your teammates from hooks. In order to earn 5,000 points here you will need to rescue and heal about 3 survivors
Boldness is a little difficult as well, because in involves your interactions with the killer. Generally being a part of or escaping chases is where you get your points from this category usually, but when you're trying specifically to earn this trophy, I recommend using the Saboteur perk and sabotaging hooks. Each hook sabotaged is 500 points, so if this is the only interactions you have with the killer (unlikely) then you'll need 10 hooks sabotaged. Keep in mind that hooks sabotaged do not count after all 5 generators are repaired. You can also cleanse totems to make progress in this category. Dull totems are worth 600 points each, whereas Hex Totems are worth 1,000 points each. If you're waiting near the exit, you can sprint in a circle to gain some chase experience for the killer being nearby as well.
This trophy will unlock in the post-match screen after you see your point totals.
