This achievement requires you to play as any Killer, NOT just the Killer added with this DLC.
All you have to do its queue up as a killer of your choosing, and try to find a survivor as quickly as possible. Then hit them twice to down them, then carry them to a hook. This achievement will be much much easier for lower rank killers, but shouldn't take more than two or three tries.
An Offering that may help you with this is "Mouldy Oak", this decreases the distance between hooks on the map.
NOTE: Don't leave the match if the Survivors pop a generator before you get a hook. This may result in a temporary ban from matchmaking. Just stick it out and complete the game, even if that means you sit AFK and wait for the survivors to escape.

If you have nemesis he is helpful as he has a perk that highlights survivors for a few seconds at the start of the round
