How to unlock the Texas BBQ achievement in Dead by Daylight - Definitive Guide
This will unlock from bringing survivors to the basement and hooking them. It will come over time. If you happen to be close by the basement when you down somebody. Just drop them off down there. It only works once per 4 survivors in a round. so it may take few matches to get this one.

Theres a perk called iron grasp. It gives 75% reduced struggle for survivors and 12% more carry time at rank 3. It can help make it easier to get survivors to the basement.

Does this only work with a certain killer?

Every match has a Killer Basement. This can spawn in one of two locations; In the empty killer shack that spawns on almost every map, or whatever the big structure is on most maps (like the barn on the Fractured Cow Shed map or the the large boat on the Pale Rose map). Just hook your downed survivors here whenever possible. All killers can earn this trophy. The trophy will pop after your 25th different survivor is hooked in the basement. This can be earned even if you don't own the DLC.
The Basement is an ideal place to hook survivors regardless of trophies because the hooks can never be broken so it's always an option, and there's only one way in or out making it a HIGHLY defensible location. And no one is as good as The Cannibal on basement defense. Since there's only one way out, who ever goes down to save the person you hooked there has a high chance meeting your chainsaw on the way out and getting hooked down there themselves. That makes this an easy trophy to earn despite it's "Once per Survivor per match" limitation. Some great perks to use for transport survivors to, or defend the basement are:
Iron Grasp (Basic perk) - Harder to struggle free
Agitation (Trapper perk) - Transport bodies faster
Mad Grit (Legion Perk) - Prevents body-blocking
Territorial Imperative (Huntress perk) - Early alert that someone is in your basement

To get this trophy, when playing as any maniac, you just need to hang (it is considered even without sucrifice) a survivor in the basement (so to speak, the killer’s lair, where there are 4 hooks at once). However, this only works 1 time per 1 survival, which makes it possible to get only 4 hangings per match for the trophy. Thus, in the best case (if you hang each survival in the basement in each game), the trophy can be obtained in 7 games. I can make it easier to get the trophy with the “Iron grasp” and “Agitation” perks...well, and straight arms. The first perk reduces the maniac's stagger when the survivor is "vigilating" and slows down the progress of this action, and the second increases your speed when you carry a survivor on your shoulder.
