You don't need any boss stem cells activated to reach Scarecrow, so make this fight easy on yourself.
Scarecrow is located in the Mausoleum:
The Blades N' Roses achievement in Dead Cells worth 30 pointsReach the Mausoleum for the first time.
I used Serenade and War Owl and Electric Whip as my main weapon. Dodge and bounce around the mushrooms on the outside and let the pets do their thing. Take some potshots with your weapon (preferrably a ranged one!) whenever you're safe to do so. Avoid the mushrooms Scarecrow summons. although his health will melt away too quickly for him to get there.

This didn't pop for me. I couldn't belive it. 40+ hours in the PC and 20 in the Xbox version, this is the first boss I finally beat with out getting hit. I am 100% sure. I went in with 100% health, left with 100% health and popped the War Owl before the fight, still had the war owl after the fight. If I had gotten hit once, the owl would have despwaned.
Beat the queen, waited for credits to role. No acheivment.
