Hey gamers, first of all you need to access the DLC maps
Castle's Outskirts > Dracula's Castle

The Bible is a blueprint you need to unlock (50 cells) and drops from a new enemy called Werewolf (self explanatory, the purple ones found in Castle's Outskirts and Dracula's Castle).

I think this is a rare drop, so during my run I brought with me a Hunter's Granade and extracted it from the blueprint extractor.

After finding the blueprint I've unlocked it from the collector.

The difficult part: The Bible is a melee weapon and after 2 successful hits, a rotatory bible comes out and circle our character. For this achievement you need 5 rotating bibles (so 10 successful hits in a short period).

Even with assist mode turned off, it was difficult to manage 5 bibles in a short period, so I got this achievement during an easy boss: The Concierge (route: Promenade of the Condemned > Ramparts > Black Bridge)

During the boss, I simply spammed the attack button with assist mode on Enemies' Damage = 20%. He was hitting me the whole time, but I was losing little part of my HP.

After several hits and lots of bible circling me, the achievement popped.

If you find an easier way to unlock it, I can edit the solution.

Hey! For some reason i cannot get this at all, keep doing the method of the concierge and it looks like i have 5 bibles and all are hitting him, but i'm not getting the achievement. Any chance it might be bugged?

@choc that's odd, but the Concierge has a kind of shield, maybe this is the reason. I saw some people online getting this achievement the same way, but on Dracula. As he does not have invincible shield, maybe this is another way to get it.
You can reach Dracula going through the Clock Tower and the final version of Dracula's Castle. Try this one and tell me, ok?

i dont know, it didnt pop for me in custom mode. I take legendary bible using "Wish" mutation, but cant get achievment killing Concierge

@de1dara91 i got it on custom, so I can assure it works in this mode. Maybe is the shield thing on Concierge, did you try on Dracula? He has several opening spots and no shields or i-frames.

My suggestion is if you get a Bible before the first boss, just skip picking up scrolls and don't increase your power with the Bible. Use assist mode to lower their damage and just smack away.

I had the easiest time getting this on the Queen boss. When she does that floating cutting the screen thing, you have so much time to get in close for a bunch of hits. I couldn't get 1 boss to stay in place for that long.

As it turns out, you can just pound on one of the doors in Castle Outskirts that opens with a switch. That'll generate the orbiting bibles, then you can just run to the nearest enemy and hit it with them. That's what worked for me.

I got it against Death while using a brutality build. The Bible scales with tactics and survival so I just bought one from one of the shops and hit Death a couple of times on 5BC mode - that way you can be sure that the boss has enough hp to tank the weak hits.
When the fight starts, he’s swiveling to the left of the screen and you can pretty much dodge through him a couple of times to get some hits in.
