How to unlock the Please leave your shoes at the entrance. achievement in Dead Cells - Definitive Guide

The Castle is the final area in any run, regardless of paths taken you will end at the castle! So just playthrough a run beat the first 2 bosses and you'll be at the castle! A tip if the runs are daunting at first, you can use a save exploit to give yourself unlimited continues instead of reseeting on death. Everytime you press the Xbox logo button on your controller to bring up your menu, the game quicksaves. The quick save mechanic breaks when your character dies, so if you dashboard out quit the game and reload you will be at the last spot you hit the dashboard button. Pretty handy and makes getting to the castle a breeze! Good luck!

The final location before the main boss after the second. There are no alternatives. It also has an inconspicuous passage in the wall, where there is a recipe, to open which you need 3 lily keys, which are in other locations. I met the key only once in a very well hidden secret, but I never found the way to it, and besides, there was also a closed door in front of it. If you collect 3 keys before the boss, you can get into a room with a recipe that you won’t be able to get until the 2nd playthrough because you need to be able to separate the head from the body.

To get the flower keys, you need to get 3 gardener keys at the Path of the Doomed location, they need the spider runes and the ram rune, the 1st is in the turret where you can climb using the spider rune, the 2nd is in the breakable floor, pierced by the ram rune, the 3rd at the location there will be a small pot with a red flower, hitting it 3 times with a downward dive will cause a key to fall out. These keys must be saved for further obtaining lily keys. 1st will be on the Rooftops, 2nd in the Cemetery 3rd in the Tomb, all rooms from the Lily Keys are unlocked with the gardener's keys from the path of the doomed
