I don’t have much of a “guide” but more suggestions.
My build
- Infinite ammo bow
- Knock back shield
- Owl
- Crossb-o-matic
- Everything into Tactic
- No Mercy
- barbed tips
- rangers gear
Suggestions:
- amulet that gives an extra two jumps
- try and put as much damage into Caliope as you can before fighting her the first time and right before you trigger Euterpe after fighting her
- Try and take Euterpe out before the second fight
- take out Caliope as quickly as possible during the second fight
- I just had my owl activated and it put damage into all three of them in the final jumping section
- when fighting all three, Euterpe will shoot some long shots that can be parried and caliope will disappear. Try and take out Kleio before Caliope reappears, then take out Caliope
- if you don’t mind enabling assist mode, at least use the one where you restart the level every time after dying
- if you press the Xbox button on the controller, it’ll make a save where you restart there (if you use the owl, the owl never returned for me after it loaded from a save but said it was still active, just FYI)

That Xbox button tip is unholy, my owl and leghugger never left thankfully so I was able to segment the climb up the tower without too much of a struggle. I'd also recommend getting the "No Mercy" mutation for this (at 15% health each of the sisters will insta-die)
