How to unlock the The Dance achievement in Dead Cells - Definitive Guide
----------NOTE:-----------
Be aware this guide was written before a patch was done that changed the game's behaviors. I do not know the full extent of the changes, so I have not updated the guide outside of this note.
changes I do know have happened:
- assist mode no longer disables achievements. this should make getting this and any other no hit achievements much, much easier.
- supposedly the 'save state' system outlined in this guide has changed. I'm not 100% on the changes, but from what I'm told it still sort of works but you can no longer save scum your way to a no-hit victory.
---------------------------------
There's a trick to getting this and any other no-hit boss kill achievement.
Dead Cells has a sort of quick save/save state system. This is at any time you press , the game will save at exactly that point wherever you are. The moment you die, this save feature is disabled so if you press , dashboard, and quit the game you will continue off the last time you pressed while alive. If you never did, you will restart at the very start of whatever level you made it to. This trick will allow you to retry for the no-hit achievement without having to restart from the beginning of the game.
note: if you get hit, you want to be completely DEAD before pressing , or else you will create a save and void the achievement for that run.
Time Keeper is maybe the easiest no-hit boss to get if RNG was on your side with weapons
My suggestions:
Weapon:
ranged is the way to go
x2 throwing knives are really good (like super good) update: it is no longer possible to wield 2 of the same weapon anymore
multiple knocks bow + ice blast or ice bow is also a good combo
Traps:
1 double crossbow-o-matic
1 wolf trap
Mutations:
ammunition
support
(your choice for 3rd)
obviously you want to have the blacksmith +, ++, and S chances as high as you can get.
there's 1 break this guy will give you during the fight where he stops allowing you to press , but that might not even be necessary. using 2 throwing knives and a single double crossbow-o-matic, I killed him in less than 10 seconds on the easiest difficulty.
The only thing that might get you is his throwing stars or if he hooks you with his throwing knife. Otherwise its possible to kill him before he can attack if you can lock him up with wolf traps and high level weapons.

One of the tricks you can use against the Time Keeper involves the Wings Of The Crow item (blueprint drops from golems found in the Slumbering Sanctuary) which allows you to float above the ground and shock the ground below you (This is also very effective for just about every other boss achievement). During the fight, you will reach a point where the Time Keeper will being to dash across the stage back and forth, similar to how the Lightspeed power works. When this happens, he will continue to dash until he hits you.
If you use the Crow power, so long as the power is running, you will not be able to be hit and he will endlessly dash below you as you damage him. You can then pair this with the Owl power, flamethrower, Crossbow, etc. to speed up the process. Whenever your power runs out, you can wall run and jump against one of the corner walls to stall for time until your power is ready again. I would recommend levelling tactics to increase the Crow damage.
Also, by keeping him locked in this dashing state, he won't go into his second phase when he reaches low health, making the fight even easier to finish. I would recommend using strategy mentioned in the other no hit solutions of using the trick to give yourself a "savestate" throughout the fight whenever you're safely floating above him.

Not the most difficult boss to trophy, the main thing is to come to her with maximum damage level. The combat is very chaotic, so doing anything without saving requires an incredible reaction. Therefore, it is better not to torture yourself, but to save after each phase, which is indicated by rotating stars around it and launching them in all directions.

The simplest build for all bosses without damage
1. Green build - pump out only the green branch
2. Ice Grenade
3. Ice shield
4. Purple Arrow Trap
From the very beginning of the battle we throw a trap and a grenade, spam attacks
When the boss wakes up, we roll and spam the shield - repelled projectiles will freeze the enemy - we finish off

Completely passable without saves
On maximum difficulties 2, 3, 4
On low levels the quality of the items is not very good, although in any case on high difficulties you will save a lot, I pumped up the tactics to max, for any cold bow, any second bow at will, two turrets,
We throw the turrets and turn them into bows, and add the second one too, wait for the second phase, everything is the same, the most interesting thing was that I suffered on easy difficulty, but on high I only got through the save before the start of the battle, also don’t forget about the chest with skulls along the way
