How to unlock the Can you stop moving please?! achievement in Dead Cells - Definitive Guide
Hey gamers, first of all you need to access the DLC maps
Castle's Outskirts > Dracula's Castle
The Throwing Axe is a blueprint you need to unlock (50 cells) and drops from a new enemy called Axe Armor.
Axe Armor hides among the statues of the castle and will reveal itself once you pass by, at which point it will start attacking with its axe, using melee attacks and projectiles.
I actually found him on Dracula's Castle and the blueprint dropped after a normal kill. You'll easily identify him as he throws a rotating axe.
I think this is a rare drop, and for my run I brought a Hunter's Granade (if you already unlocked, the hunter's granade allows enemy to drop a blueprint extractor in order to get the specific blueprint). I didn't have to use it and the enemy I killed showed no option of extraction, but it dropped anyway. But I think this is a way if needed.
More info about Hunter's granade here (https://deadcells.fandom.com/wiki/Hunter%27s_Grenade)
After that, you can buy the Throwing Axe and kill a werewolf (purple werewolf found in Castle's Outskirts and Dracula's Castle)
Do not hesitate to PM me if you need further instructions
